We move brands
across Nigeria.
PDN Group is a distribution and marketing company. We take manufacturers' brands to market across Abuja and the North-Central corridor, and supply goods to companies, institutions and government.
Two things we do. One network.
Both run on the same warehouse, the same fleet and the same trade relationships — so every new mandate makes the routes we already run more profitable.
Brand Distribution & Marketing
Manufacturers appoint us to warehouse, distribute, merchandise and market their brands. We carry no competing brand of our own — so yours never gets deprioritised.
For manufacturers →General Merchandise & Supply
Procurement and contract supply of goods, equipment and consumables to companies, institutions and government — plus import and export.
For buyers →Own Brands
We own no brand today. Should we develop one, it would still be made under contract by a registered producer — we have no plans to become a manufacturer.
Compliance-first. Founder-led. Asset-light.
Regulation-first
We verify every product we distribute is properly registered — before it enters our warehouse.
Founder-led
Five founding directors across logistics, finance and business development — fully paid-up, no debt.
Asset-light
We don't own factories. Capital goes into reach, stock and coverage — not depreciating plant.
Brand neutral
We own no competing product brand, so principals never worry about being deprioritised on the shelf.
Wholesale supply. Distribution partnerships. Investment enquiries.
Whether you're a manufacturer looking for a route to market, an institution sourcing supplies, or a retailer wanting reliable delivery — we'd like to hear from you.

Performance Distribution Network Solution Limited (RC 9782143) was incorporated on 18 August 2026 in Abuja, FCT, under the group identity PDN Group. We are a distribution and marketing company: we build our own brands, take other manufacturers' brands to market, and supply goods to institutions and government.
Our story
Five founders — spanning logistics, finance, and business development — pooled ₦20,000,000 in fully paid share capital to build a distribution business the right way: properly incorporated, compliance-first, and asset-light. We deliberately don't manufacture. Our capital goes into market reach, stock and coverage rather than into plant we'd spend years paying off.
- ✓ Fully incorporated Nigerian private limited company (CAC RC 9782143)
- ✓ ₦20,000,000 paid-up share capital — debt-free at launch
- ✓ Five founding director-shareholders, all Nigerian-based
- ✓ Registered objects covering distribution, marketing, logistics, import/export and general merchandise
- ✓ No manufacturing, no owned brand — deliberately asset-light
Mission, vision & values
Mission — Get quality products reliably into the hands of Nigerian customers — through our own brands, the brands we distribute, and the goods we supply to institutions.

You made it. We'll get it to market.
Plenty of good Nigerian products never reach shelves outside Lagos — not because demand isn't there, but because distribution is hard. That's the problem we exist to solve.
Warehousing & secondary distribution
Your stock stored properly — zoned, FEFO-rotated, batch-traceable — and delivered on routes customers can plan around.
Merchandising & trade activation
Structured outlet call cycle, shelf presence, stock rotation, expiry checks and point-of-sale deployment to your brand guidelines.
Reporting you can actually use
Volumes, coverage, outlet counts and competitor activity on an agreed cycle. Real numbers — we'd rather report a hard truth than an inflated one.
Compliance that protects your brand
We verify NAFDAC and SON registration before we take a single carton. Your brand is only as safe as the weakest link in its supply chain.
We're not your competitor.
We own no product brand, and that is deliberate. It means we have no reason to favour one product over yours on a shelf, no incentive to learn your customers and then compete for them, and no divided attention. Our only way to grow is to make your brand sell.
- ✓ Written distribution agreements, not handshake arrangements
- ✓ Defined territory, agreed margin and clear termination terms
- ✓ Batch traceability sufficient to execute a recall
- ✓ A senior team you can actually reach
Abuja/FCT and the North-Central corridor.
Abuja is institution-dense — ministries, agencies, embassies, hotels, hospitals and schools — and under-served by organised distribution relative to Lagos. That's exactly where a focused distributor earns its margin.
Let's talk about your route to market.
Tell us your product, your current coverage and where you want to be. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right partner.
Start a ConversationSupplying companies, institutions and government.
Our registered objects cover general merchandise, procurement, import and export — so we supply across categories — food and FMCG, office and catering consumables, equipment and general goods — to buyers who need a supplier that documents everything properly.
Procurement & sourcing
We find, price and deliver what you need — goods, equipment and consumables — against a written specification.
Tender & contract supply
Registered on the BPP National Database of Federal Contractors, with tax and statutory certificates kept current for bid submission.
Import & export
Sourcing and moving lawful goods, equipment and raw materials across borders, with SONCAP compliance where required.
Warehousing & haulage
The same logistics backbone that runs our distribution business, available for contract storage and movement.
Selective, not scattergun.
We only bid where we can genuinely deliver — on specification, on time, and without over-committing working capital we'd need elsewhere.
On integrity in procurement
We do not offer, pay or accept inducements to win or keep a contract — from anyone, in any stream, at any value. Any request for an improper payment is reported to our Board. If that costs us a contract, it costs us a contract.
We don't make the packaging. We can help bring it back.
We manufacture nothing and own no brand, so we don't place packaging on the market. But we move a lot of other people's through our network — and we control what happens to it in our custody.
Being honest about what's ours
Packaging design, manufacturing emissions and Extended Producer Responsibility all sit with the brand owners whose products we carry. We won't claim credit for their performance, good or bad.
What is genuinely ours: the fuel our fleet burns, the energy our depot uses, the waste we generate, and — usefully — a fleet that runs fixed routes and comes back empty.
What we actually do
- ✓ Return-run collection of recyclable packaging, using capacity that would otherwise travel empty
- ✓ Segregated depot waste streams, targeting 80% diversion from landfill
- ✓ Expired and damaged stock de-packaged so materials re-enter recycling
- ✓ Rooftop solar at the depot, targeting 40% of electricity by Year 3
- ✓ Principals screened on environmental practice at onboarding
Supporting recovery, without overclaiming.
Under Nigeria's EPR policy, administered by NESREA, the duty to recover post-consumer packaging sits with producers and brand owners — not with distributors. We don't carry that duty. What we have is logistics capacity that can genuinely help those who do.
Return-run collection
Our vehicles run fixed routes and come back empty. We use that capacity to collect recyclable packaging from customers and pass it to licensed recyclers.
Supporting principals' schemes
Where a principal operates its own recovery scheme or belongs to a Producer Responsibility Organisation, we offer our collection capacity to strengthen it in our Territory.
Fair buy-back
We work with local waste-picker cooperatives on direct, fair buy-back arrangements — treating collection as a livelihood we support, not purely a cost we outsource.
Choosing who we carry
We assess environmental practice alongside regulatory compliance when onboarding principals, and record it in our Approved Supplier Register.
Numbers we're willing to be held to.
Baselined in Year 1, reported to the Board annually. These are stretch commitments made in good faith — where one proves unachievable in the Nigerian market, we'll say so rather than quietly drop it.
Mapped to what we actually influence.
We've deliberately avoided claiming alignment with goals our business doesn't meaningfully affect.
A note on green claims
We will not describe ourselves as "carbon neutral", "plastic neutral", "eco-friendly" or "green" without verified data behind the specific claim — and we won't take credit for the environmental performance of products we merely distribute. If you want the detail, ask for our Sustainability & ESG Policy: it names the targets, the owners and the reporting cycle.
We check before we carry.
We hold no product registrations because we own no brand — but we verify every principal's NAFDAC and SON documentation before a single carton enters our warehouse. That duty is ours and it never transfers.
